By creating an account or using PubStudio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

If you are using PubStudio on behalf of a pub or company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

You need an account to use PubStudio. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password confidential.

• One account per pub business, unless we agree otherwise
• You must be 18 or over to hold an account
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

You agree not to use PubStudio to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone's rights
• Upload images you do not have permission to use
• Create content that is misleading, hateful, discriminatory or unlawful
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access other users' data
• Resell, scrape or automate the service beyond normal use

PubStudio uses AI to draft captions and suggestions. AI output can be inaccurate, generic or occasionally inappropriate for your pub, and similar wording may be generated for other users.

AI content is a starting point, not a finished advert. Always read it before you post it.

You remain responsible for everything you publish. Before posting, you should check that prices, dates, opening hours, allergen and alcohol-related claims and any offers are accurate and comply with advertising rules.

PubStudio does not post to social media on your behalf without your action.

You keep ownership of the photos, logos and pub details you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store that content and generate posts for you.

Content generated for your pub is yours to use commercially. The PubStudio name, branding, software and design remain ours.

PubStudio offers a Foundation (free) plan and a PubStudio Pro plan. Plan features, fair-use limits and prices are shown in the app and may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes that affect a paid plan.

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. A PubStudio Pro subscription renews each billing period until it is cancelled.

If you cancel PubStudio Pro in the billing portal without deleting your PubStudio account, your subscription will not renew and your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No refund is provided for that remaining period, because you keep access to the service for it.

Cancelling PubStudio Pro is not the same as permanently deleting your PubStudio account. See “Account deletion and PubStudio Pro” below.

If you permanently delete your PubStudio account while you have an active paid PubStudio Pro subscription, your subscription will be cancelled and your access to PubStudio will end immediately.

Where applicable, we will refund the unused portion of the amount paid for your current billing period on a pro-rata basis. The refund is calculated by reference to the unused portion of your current paid billing period at the time your account is deleted. You remain responsible for the portion of the subscription charge attributable to the period during which the service was available to you.

Any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after they are initiated, although the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider and may occasionally take longer.

Deleting your account is permanent and you will immediately lose access to your PubStudio account and associated PubStudio data.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any cancellation, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

PubStudio is provided on an “as is” basis. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or particular marketing results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost goodwill or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using PubStudio and ask us to delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached, where use puts the service or other users at risk, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
